Final Call for Applications: EIT InfraBooster Practitioner 2025 Cohort 2!

Who are we looking for?

Are you employed by a university or research institute that owns publicly funded research infrastructures? Do you wonder how to provide innovative services to companies, including startups and SMEs? Or, maybe you are interested in building cross-border collaboration with key industry players to leverage your research infrastructures? Have you graduated from EIT InfraBooster Foundation training?

Then EIT InfraBooster Practitioner is for you!

EIT InfraBooster Practitioner is the second level of EIT InfraBooster educational modules. It will help you better understand the competitive edge of your research infrastructures, design innovative infrastructure-based services, identify potential industrial partners and start your industrial outreach. EIT InfraBooster Practitioner will help participants prepare marketing collateral that highlights differentiators and benefits important for their target clients, understand the needs of specific industries/companies, identify potential clients and initiate service sales processes.

Eligible applicant teams need to meet the following criteria:

✔️ Teams of 3-4 members from universities or public research institutes
✔️ At least one team member must have graduated from the EIT InfraBooster Foundation module in 2023, 2024, or 2025 (You can still apply, and complete it before the Practitioner call deadline, see below!)

✔️ All other team members must be enrolled in the Foundation module at the time of application submission

✔️ Open to applicants from diverse scientific backgrounds, including engineering, health, agrifood, enviroment, raw materials, climate, manfucaturing and more
✔️ Open to applicants from:

• Western Balkans 
• Neighbouring countries (Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Moldova, Türkiye)

Programme Highlights:

📌 Online training & mentoring sessions (July–October 2025)
📌 Interactive learning with case studies, simulations, and industry insights
📌 Hands-on experience in service development and pitching

• Self-study Part 1: 10^th July – 4^th September
• Teamwork session: 4^th September (Thursday)
• Self-study part 2: 11^th September – 9^th October
• Mentoring sessions with InfraBooster team at University of Warsaw: 22^nd – 26^th September (Monday – Friday)
• Mentoring sessions with EIT-KICs: 20^th – 24^th October (Monday – Friday)
• Internal pitching session: 30^th October (Thursday)
